Aloha from Hawaii! May 10, 2009
We made it, we're in Hawaii! We landed on Sunday and Mika became an American citizen on Mothers Day!! We think that's a wonderful coincidence. Waikiki is beautiful and we're having lots of fun. Two trips within two weeks is too much...... we're all tired, but still enjoying ourselves.

Congratulations on Mika's citizenship! I didn't realize you were going to Hawaii so soon! The last thing we feel like doing is going on another trip, even if it was Hawaii. Although we did have to travel a lot further to Taiwan than you did.
ReplyDeleteWe are settling in with Kate and Sydney more and more each day and learning more about each of them. Mika looks so happy in all of her pictures. Please tell me she has the odd meltdown on you, though! Otherwise I'll feel bad. Kate is pretty good but if she is tired and doesn't get her way (which isn't very often) she totally melts down.
Anyway, gotta run, Sydney is crying. This is a whole new world for me, that's for sure. Let's talk soon.

Wow, congratulations!! she looks sooooo happy, has she really adjusted so well so quickly? I can't think of a better Mother's Day! We are absolutely thrilled for you and your family!
